Terminal RunResult — close the sink (HMAC, idempotent)
Closes the run. Flushes any buffered events (accepting sequence gaps — no more will arrive), sets terminal status/result/cost/duration on the runs row, broadcasts the onRunStatusChange module event. Idempotent: a replay after the sink is closed returns 200 { ok: true } without re-broadcasting.
The runner declares the outcome; the platform infers none of it. status is required, and usage is required when status is success — either missing is a 400. Two rules can still turn a reported success into failed: an output that violates the agent's declared output schema, and a usage with zero input_tokens and zero output_tokens, which means the LLM was never reached (the run is failed with a "could not reach the LLM API" error). On any other status, a missing usage keeps the last cumulative usage the run reported through appstrate.metric events.
