List skills

List the skills ACTIVE in the current space (X-Space-Id) — the set it can launch: a system package, or one placed here (homed or offered) and switched on. A package placed here and switched OFF, and an offer nobody has taken up, are NOT on it — that is the space library's subject (GET /api/spaces/{spaceId}/library), which names each placement's origin and state and carries the switch that activates it. For the organization-wide map of placements, use GET /api/library.

Cookie session from Better Auth. Requires X-Org-Id header for org-scoped routes.

Organization ID. Required for cookie auth. Not needed for API key auth (org resolved from key).
