Run inference (openai-completions) — metered by the platform LLM proxy

Container-to-host only. Auth via Bearer run token. Serves a running platform-origin run whose model is platform-provided: the run's own model is resolved and injected server-side whatever body.model names, and each call is metered from the provider's response and attributed to the run. Same request guards and response forwarding as the corresponding /api/llm-proxy/… endpoint.
